I dont think taking name is good .we should try to be friendly here .even the comments should be not nasty but soothing type of or explaining in good way

I realized this after posting a question like this here. It was a question posted with a good intention but was misunderstood by some members who expressed their resentment to this. I think we should refrain from referring any one by name here.
