Because of the callous policing & inept LAWS, atrocites against women are definitely on the rise.
Enormous lattitudes enjoyed by the PRESS /MEDIA are far more responsible for MASS PUBLICITY, on the negative sides of our country's reputation, worldwide.
Political parties are also all out, for denigrating the country instead of rectifying the nuisances.
Statistically, such crimes are far more on higher sides in U S A, as compared with INDIA's population ratio.

It is very bad under our cultured high ethics and show level of law & order towards constitution. But prior proper investigation no more comments should be given. Do u know how much of insurance amount they can get, due to one side love of our Indian law & departments towards Foreigner ? Foreigners know Indian law do not enquire much with outsiders. Therefore some wicked take maximum benefits some times also.....ji. I had have been in touch with some like & only their country & police helped us . At primary stage We were criminal in eye of our own country & on our own land .ji
