The case is best closed because we all realistically know there is NO WAY IN 200000 HELLS we are getting Quatarouchi back 2 India unless we sent in commandos to kidnap the guy from his international residence, which we all know India doesn't have the spine 2 do.

This is the legacy of congress read sonia. who will risk antagonizing the paymaster? and after all CBI has almost always been the private detective agency of the ruling party with no autonomy at all, despite all such claims.
