Tukaram Omble is the spirit of free India. Nation owes to him to be recognised as a martyr in line with Bhagat Singh, Subhash Bose. His statue must be placed at the entrance of Mumbai Police Headquarters. His heroic deed must be mentioned and displayed prominently in our tourist guide books, in our schools books, etc. His family deserves all praise and help which they want to take from the fellow citizens.
