Q.

Today the print media overflowing with personal praises for Chief Justice S H Kapadia. I think this tendency, of we Indians, to glorify individuals, rather than the institution (in this case the judiciary) is not a healthy one. It gives an impression that the CJI is on a personal mission against the corrupt people whereas he is really carrying out his official duties effectively. What are your views on this?

Well S.H Kapadia is like a breeze of fresh air after earlier CJI , Balakrishnan who openly supported justice Dinakaran indicted for corruption on caste lines and alligations of corruption and bribary are surfacing against him.

We now kind of know why earlier CJI never delivered any landmark judgement.

Praising CJI Kapadia is not wrong.
