Every thing happened during his stewarship. He is the captain of the ship and anything happening to the ship and/or the inmates, captain is responsible . After Raja, everyone named as a party to the alleged scam is now ready to spill the beans and are raising their accused fingers at the PM. Under these circumstances, as an adage goes "Timely Stitch Saves Nine". Hence it cannot be ruled out that the enquiry could either be diluted OR scrapped on many a pretext. "Na Rahega Baans, Na Bajegi Baasuri" (Neither there is bamboos, nor the flutes).
