The idea is good, will it happen practically which minister ( i mean the corrupt one ) are going to declare their ill gotten weath i dont think this direction will get a seious response

Yes; Karunanidhis and Deve Gowda's when they declare their assets, they look very ordinary because all the property is Benami. They know the art of deceit !
