The CBI gave clean chit to Videocon Industries-owned Datacom in the 2G scam. The CBI refuted allegations that Tata group gifted land to DMK family. - Is the CBI acting beyond it's scope of references and distributing good conduct certificates explicitly for the few ?

I suppose CBI is acting on the orders from the ruling party.It has also been opposing the case in Supreme Court against Chidambram.
