There is trong opinion for lowering the AGE to be classified as 'Minors'- 16 and below.

Juveniles age bar should be 15 years only not above.

It is high time that laws were changed as far as crime against women by juveniles were concerned.. They are old enough to commit the crime but not old enough to face the punishment!!!
