Yes. Things are changing and more persons are trying to exploit the innocence of children. Hence, it is appropriate that children are educated to protect themselves from sexual harassment.

Yes they have to be made understood what is happening around them and what could happen to them in which case how they should protect them self.
And what psycho says in his answer is also correct.
Make the children bolder and emotionally stronger.

For special eduction of children regarding sexual harassment, we will need to have specially trained teachers.....its really a tough task to educate childeren regrading sez abuse,, but yes it is need of the hour.

I don't think , it would be effective for an innocence teenaged child ........ it may effect adversly to their mind ......... people need to change their mentality and public should raise their voice immediatly against any such incidents ........ failing which , it would not result anything ........ feeling sad and ashmed by thinking such situations .......... we are unable to protect the child from such hienous acts .........
