Dont control it..just find much more creative ways to vent it out..like playing an instrument, dancing, exercising..sports..writing..etc etc..could be anything that connects that thing to this thing..

I feel Preention is better than cure I mean try meditation for not at all getting angry but once u r angry it is better to take it out suppressing emotions is harmful to health
