If your insinuation is that those who have 'no work' join on Rediff Q & A, would it not mean that all of us on Rediff Q & A are guilty of this ourselves?

I don't foresee the strugglers getting job in the Celluloid industry by virtue of doing QNA. An avid qnayite might become a good jack at all trades or help make one. The real experts , whom we count and respect here for their respective fields, come here not so often. Hence, it is unlikely that the likes of Ram Gopal Verma, Madhur Bhandarkar San jay Lila Bansali or Rajendra Hirani will scout for talent in QNA among the mere point hunters
