It appears that eventually the Supreme Court Judges will have to convert themselves into the dual role of Judges and the Council of Ministers!

This is the reason as to why Kapil Sibal was objecting Lokpal Bill with teeth and nails. He was also thwarted by the SC upon his unwarranted interference in the 2G Scam and have even asked the CBI to ignore Kapil Sibal and proceed.

At this rate, entire cabinet will get shifted inside Thihar jail and the Cabinet meeting can be held there. With all this mismanagement and misappropriation, I fail to understand as to why BJP is not upping their decibels for this Govt resign and call for fresh elections! This govt has not only looted the country, but has told lies, misguided, misinformed and has delivered nothing !
This govt has no justification to stay in power even for one day !! They must GO !!

My personal analysis and assessment of Kapil Sibal is his predominantly criminal lawyer type attitude in administration and public dealings - a very unsuitable personality for the Human Resource Development and much amenable to criminal thoughts and deeds. It's evident as day that Sibal tried to help Raja belittling the CAG's report and inventing imaginary gain for the country. He deserves more severe punishment.
