I am having hanung toys, suzlon, gujarat nre, indiabulls real Estate, Indiabulls Securities, IDFC, POwergrid, punj lloyd, IFCI, HDFC Bank PNB Gilt in my portfolio at relatively lower price than current rates. Please suggest I can keep them for 2-3 years

If you are making profit, then better to sell 50% and buy again at the lower value
