She must be telling people to use electricity sparingly. Save energy like Petrol/Diesel/electricity and also water is being told to the masses right from the time of Independence.
I cannot believe she said such words as mentioned in the Question.
She is, after all, a politician. Isn't she? Doesn't she know the repercussions of such a street-smart urchin type of statement!!??

Congress mein koi ek ka naam batao jo responsible statements karta ho .. ??? koi nahi hai. party peetne waali hai 2014 mein.

She had stated that if your electricity bill is higher, reduce your consumption. She later on withdrew her statement as both BJP and Congress people do !

If thats true, then thats utterly irresponsible statement from any chief minister. In today's technologically advanced world, each passing day cost of electricity is reducing, and here in india, electricity is so costly...
