Shela Dixit ji kahti hai ki agar bizli ka bill nahi bhar saktey toh connection katwa do. Is that a responsible statement form any CM?

She must be telling people to use electricity sparingly. Save energy like Petrol/Diesel/electricity and also water is being told to the masses right from the time of Independence.
I cannot believe she said such words as mentioned in the Question.
She is, after all, a politician. Isn't she? Doesn't she know the repercussions of such a street-smart urchin type of statement!!??

If thats true, then thats utterly irresponsible statement from any chief minister. In today's technologically advanced world, each passing day cost of electricity is reducing, and here in india, electricity is so costly...

Sheela is right but the electricity bill and meter reading should also be right and she must assure it to the public.
