She is not individually responsible for the rout. Had she (or any Congress CM) tried to reverse the centre/high command decisions to favour the public, she would not have been the CM for such a long period. By this statement, she only implies that the policy makers are responsible for the party failure.

She is an able CM. But the recent past scams influenced a lot in voters and therefore is the BJP's win. Can BJP guarantee that they will win next election?

Shiela Jee is a backseat leader in the present day development of the UPA administration...Ppls verdict which is less in favor of BJP rather more against the Congress in the MCD election which has been affected more or less by the deeds of most of the Union Ministers & Leaders of UPA Govt. ....

Sheilaji had been telling party to concentrate on development and fight corruption, but no one was listening so she is not responsible for defeat.
