This does not in any way indicate that she is very confident about it.This is only a poll plank she is playing to show that she is sure of Congress's victory.Her statement in absolutely nothing more than a statement in favour and campaigning for her party.

She is boldened to say so because Anna Hazare is not opposing the Congress and other parties in the election bound states. But Anna is waiting the Congress is going to do with the Jan Lok Pal bill which is held up in the Upper House.
