Despite this suggestion our esteemed constitution has been amended more than one hundred times....during the last 64 years of independence.....

Despite being the most amended CONSTITUTION in the World, it is extremely outdated supported by the inept judiciary.
RE-WRITING THE CONSTITUTION & JUDICIARY is long overdue.
