No best no worst.
Please add together what all they said.
'A boy and a girl can never be friends forever'. That was when Shakespeare himself was tired of searching a true life partner.
'Friendship is the starting step for what we call love'. That was when civil war just finished and regeneration was required to makeup huge loss of human life.
'Proposing a boy and a girl for friendship is nothing but indirectly saying I love you'. That is when Wordsworth probably passing through the transition period of industrialisation of Europe, not knew if love is eternally important.
'Love is an everlasting forever'. That is when Jackie Chan was surviving one after one life risking stunts and he knew his love for someone is a saving force.
'If one can become your best friend then he or she can become your life partner'. That is when Michael Jackson knew neither the purity of love nor marriage.
See, each of them confessed what they experienced.
And confession should not be compared.
Thanks ...more

All of them are right in their own way, however, I think Shakespeare's quote is the best

--Platonic love is like an inactive volcano ...Oscar Wilde

--Platonic Love is a fool's name for the affection between a disability and a frost ....Ambrose Bierce
