Serious : Gandhiji and Nehru , both fought for Indian Independence, why only Nehruji's dynasty want to rule India ? Why no one from Gandhi family or any other leaders family are not even in congress high command ?

Freedom struggle was fought by the masses and not just Gandhi or Nehru.. numerous laid their lives during the freedom struggle..
But Nehru and his family enjoyed the ruling placement becoz they have sold the essence of Freedom aspiration to the Leased Governance system under Nehru family..
M.K. Gandhi's family were duly rewarded in London and the generations enjoy the pensions thru out.. but the families from the masses who fought self-lessly for the Country did not get anything out of this. freedom struggle.

Yes its true. Gandhiji had never wished to become in power but refused to take on any responsible position when some leaders offered. Gandhi had even suggested that after the achievement of Independence, the duty of the Indian National Congress was over and it should be dissolved. But no one in the Congress heeded his advice.
