Muktha, I am answering this without looking at the other answers.

Loose-lose...it is a common mistake to use 'loose' which means slack or not tight in place of 'lose' which means to fail to keep
Advice-advise....As per the British dictionaries 'advice' is noun while 'advise' is verb but it is a cxommon mistake to confuse the two.

Many pairs (not pyres) already here. But, on the initial reading of the quiz I made a mistake. It is a visual mistake rather. Homonym-Honeymoon.
