As this sort of stress, due to disaster & fear, can not abruptly healed, it is only time which can effectively heal the wounds caused in mind. However, some tips are 1) If the person affected is employed, take minimum 1-2 months leave and to be in home 2) Slowly make him at ease in which case, family members, relatives & friends could play an active role. 3) Take part in activities which can create harmony in mind & cheering up. 4) Prayer, meditation, participating in yoga classes could be the medicines.

Which stress comes from terrorist attack can not be delt with any medicine or diet. It is a matter of life loss unless and untill terrorism is routed out, so thought is required on how terrorism can be routed out and be ready for secrify ourselves or be ready to carry trauma stress.
