No chance at all.
For our Agriculture Ministry your case will be too small for their kind attention.
And you are a businessman who has suddenly decided to become a 'farmer'.
The top farmer leaders will have eyes on your land and will support the Bank to auction this plot, in lieu of the default in loan payments.

Will depend on how much of the loan amount you shared with the bank official, minister and farmer leader. If the reason for your bankruptcy is because you were left with no money after spending it of those who helped you get the loan than do not worry. They will ensure nothing happens to you. If you had been selfish and held on to the money for your own purpose then even God will not be able to save you and your land. Even God saves only those who offer Him Dakshina, prasad and remember to fall at His feet.

Ha ha..It is not entirely impossible also..Mostly it depends on the kind of contacts you have..There are many business people who evaded loans from banks..
