The finance minister P. Chidambaram has proposed to reduce custom duty on specific life saving drugs to 5 percent from 10 percent. Even the Anti-Aids medicines and drugs have procured the excise duty exemption.

No, not possible. bcoz now a days medicine is in our life having an priority value like food , cloths and house. so the rates of medicines going up and up atleast for an existing year
