In my opinion FACT, just as Troy used to be considered as Myth/Fiction but now it has been excavated and been found true.

In the absence of any solid evidence that it is only a myth and not a fact it can not be dismissed as a myth nor can it be accepted as a fact. Whatever it is, there is such a strong belief among a large number of people that it is fact and people's feeling has to be considered in preserving it. In case of Ram Janmabhoomi whether it is myth or fact, the demolition of Babri Masjid was wrong and needs to be condemned. Similarly whether Ram Sethu is myth or Fact, any plan to demolish the same needs to be condemned.
