William Arthur Ward is very right when he says that "Love me I may be forced to love you" brings home the fact that the one who can give love to others will in turn be loved by the other, because the one who get another persons love can't hate.Therefore,love always breeds love and not hatred.

I think all proposed marriages are based on this principle. Both parties dont know each other, and eventually they start loving each other.
