A law firm representing IBM, private equity firms Texas Pacific Group and KKR (Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts) as well as Fidelity Investments have expressed their interest bidding for Satyam Computer Services, said a source privy to the developments.

Yes,IBM is bidding for satyam. And it is the quality of good company/Management to disclose any imp info only at right time and not the spreading of rumors like spice group is is spreading....

Many firms are bidding but not sure how many are serious abt it. if IBM is serious why havent they announce that publicly.
