Q.
Sachin Tendulkar says about his Coach, Mr Ramakant Achrekar:
"I have been slapped a couple of times by Sir for making certain mistakes in my game and those moments changed my life. We were convinced that every time Sir did something, he did it for our good."
How many of us have this kind of faith in at least one of our teachers today?

It proves that Sachin is a real gentleman. It is unfortunate that he got a ruffian as a coach. However strict he might be, he cannot slap his student. That is highly unbecoming of a coach and exposes his uncivilised qualities. Better he learns from his past and amends himself. Hats off to Sachin, he would have played part superior under any coach. He is a prodigy.
