My congratulate has a a edge(for me) I was one of the seniors living in the neighbourhood of Sachin,the boy who was 'wasting' his time in playing cricket in trhe Shivaji Park and would occasionally as us officegoers to please throw a ball. Many did and many did not because of the hjurry of going to office.Those of us who did I hope can secretly congratulate ourselves also. Perhaps the occasional ball we threw for him has a role to play in his excellent record.
