As the democratic set up in India stands now, there ill not be any dearth for bandhs in our country, which ever political party is in power.Your question is about the fall out or consequences of these bandhs. BUNDH is the symptom of the sick mentality of India. It is unheard of in other countries around the world. Since both the ruling party and the opposition parties view each other as enemies instead of healthy counter balance powers of a good democratic government, the common man has to bear the brunt of these rat brained politicians. It looks like Indian politicians would never learn to sit together and sort out the issues across the table for the common good of the nation and its people. It is really a sorry state of affairs.
