Easiest way is to make the most loved one vouch your voice is very sweet. Other ways are well known and too tedious and difficult followed by professional speakers and singers. It needs practicing from childhood.

I dont' think you can. But you can improvise on whatever you have with rayaaz and proper music training that is if you mean for singing.
