As citizens of the area we should behave ourselves. should not expect authorities to prevent. then we require them to be more in number, for which we only have to pay thru taxes. Let there not be policing, let us be disciplined. let us teach our neighbours who are not civilized.

I know river Ganga is sacred to Hindus but this sacred Ganga is make dirty only by Hindus by burning dead bodies at the river bank, throwing ashes, bones of bead bodies and sometimes even half burned human dead bodies. So, Hindus must make some discipline among themselves to keep river Ganga clean. It is not the duty of the government to clean river Ganga just for the reason of Ganga being sacred to Hindus but it is the duty of the government to clean river Ganga just for the health of millions of people.
