Rights for calling BUNDHS, STRIKES, GHERAOS, PROCESSIONS, PUBLIC MEETINGS, RALLIES etc. are all idiotic altogether and are sure to cause inconveniences to the general public.
Parties, trade-unions, schools/colleges etc. and hooliganisms inside the PARLIAMENT too M U S T not be allowed to resort to such practices, strictly under the CONSTITUTIONAL prohibitions.
