Correct word is "rave" party. it means parties with electro music and light show displays often with DJs entertaining and leading the crowd...and crowd high on alcohol /drugs..it is a hippie culture and more common in brazil, usa and some european countries...in India goa hosts the notorious rave parties...it is a social blunder because it often involves sexual molestation to women, theft, human trafficking, smuggling, illegal selling of organss like kidneys on spot.....it is dirty and unimaginable
