Q.

Rev.Fr.M.Deivanayagam, has said openly that Thiruvalluvar is a Christian and therefore India is a Christian Country and that he has evidences with him for his claim. Why these people are unnecessarily creating troubles always in India ?

So what? Even Jesus lived in India. His quest for TRUTH brought him to Kashi where he discovered the true nature of the TRUTH.
To demonstrate the liberal nature of our country, just remember how welcomed Muslims, Jews, Parsies, Bahais and Christians. And we continue to do it even till today. Let the people with small intellect and mind keep saying things appropriate to their understanding. We as Indians must be filled with pride that as a nation we will always be closest to the nature of GOD...and in turn GOD will take care of us always.

Yes. As Thirukkural says the exact points what Jesus taught, there is a scope to say Thiruvalluvar a Christian. Even though Thirukkural says some points of Saivam and Samanam, The major scope is on Christ.
