Ladies in India have already been doing so for ages. The research might go a long way for the welfare of the ladies in future if the research proves the test of time.

For most of the human activities, optimal temperature is 24 to 25 deg. C and RH as 60%, that is the reason the A/C standards consider this as comfort conditions.
