Research tells that taking bath in extremely hot water (post-pregnancy) reduces quantity of milk in breasts! How true is it?

Yes it is true...use only hot water with cold water mixed water for bath..

For most of the human activities, optimal temperature is 24 to 25 deg. C and RH as 60%, that is the reason the A/C standards consider this as comfort conditions.
