Any guess how many crores Bangladeshis are living in India illegally. Knowing they are a potential danger to the security of the nation why the government is lax to deal with this issue?

A rough estimate by the GOI says about 20 million or more illegal Bangladeshis are there in India. Authorities do not consider any of the intruders (including Bangladeshis) into India as a potential security threat. Forget about other challenges like job loss for the native Indians, demographic change, criminalization, over population, unwanted burden on the creaking infrastructure, illegal encroachment of land and property, falsification of documents, forex outgo through illegal channels, money laundering, arms trading and even power grab by contesting the general election using false documents (we have seen such instances when an illegal Nepali contested to Parliament and became MP). I would say that these illegal migrants have been used by all the political parties including the opposition parties for their narrow and selfish political agenda as vote bank. Because this migration has been going on for several decades now, very much similar to all other security threats like Pak terro ...more

Recently, when a census was conducted in Bangladesh, the authorities there were pleasantly surprised to note that the population figures there had registered a sharp decline. The World Bank authorities, naive and gullible that they are, promptly went overboard and complimented the Bangladesh govt. for their enormously " successful " population control programme. We in India are only too aware about this " success. " Much more than Pakistan, I will say that Bangladesh is our greater enemy exporting as it does, the unwanted and thoroughly despicable population which it cannot feed but can only breed indiscriminately. The Communists, in power in West Bengal for over three decades must be squarely blamed for this, for they and their leaders have seen in this scum a very large vote-bank and the banal politicians, esp. of the Congress and the left, have seen them as vote banks over the years. We must now demand that the various para-military forces who guard our borders with Bangladesh a ...more

Why is Govt so lax? Well, primarily because an Indian will only step into effluent treatment plant if u pay him Rs. 5000 a month along with PF and health insurance. An illegal immigrant Bangladeshi will do the same for Rs. 500 a month and nothing else at all.

I don' think illegal Bangladeshi's constitute any "real and present" danger to India as a population group. The number of criminals that can be found amongst the total population of illegal Bangladeshi immigrants is comparable to the number of criminals that can be found in any population group in India.

In recent news , in all the blot marks I see on India, it is the establishment and fellow Indians which r more dangerous to India's integrity than those B'deshi immigrants.

Did the illegal Bangladeshis say "No North Indians 4 Mumbai?!" Did u hear ANY illegal Bangladeshi say "we need separate status in this city because this city was built on 50 years of exploited Bangladeshi labour?" We see INDIANS who are not even exp ...more
