Yes the Supreme court of Pakistan has struck down the amnesty law under which zaradari and some of his political allies were granted immunity from prosecution in cases related to their corrupt activites

Not to him but many other politicians who were facing corruption charges before. see even home minister has been banned to visit foreign countries.

Bad news for India.Despite his corrupt back ground he was a moderate muslim ,who never encouraged the mullahs n terrorists.After his loss of power these elements will be encouraged n try to do more harm to the global peace.
