REFORMS - Manmohan went ahead with FDi in retail. What about introduction of GST , removal of octroi ( applicable in Maharashtra only - A CONGRESS CONTROLLED STATE). PM and Goverment should give a chance of excellent policies to local Organised Retail players like Reliance, Big Bazaar, Star bazaar, More, D mart, and many more.
