Have you Read about Poor Dr. Mani Ram Sharma ! It took the Indian Govt to appoint him as an IAS officer 15 yrs or so despite getting selected-His only problem is that he is almost 100 % deaf! Pl comment

I would have fought for him if I were in service. At least Mr. Sharma has a physical disability but I have come acrooss many a bureacrats who are quite halt and hearty but somehow divested of the power to give a patient hearing to the people.
