Boil and crush palak, then fry paneer
now saute chopped onions, ginger and masala...mis both...and cook a while...
its ready to eat

*Wash PALAK leaves thoroughly
*Make fine paste in Mixer.
* Keep PANEER CUBES half-fried separately.
* Pour butter, garlic-paste , small quantities of ginger-paste & cumin paste in a kadai-pour palak-paste & half-fried PANEER-stirr well for 15-20 mts. Pour salt & pinch of sugar-stirr and your preparation is ready.
