Recent R*a*pe case in Guwahati Assam on GS road is still pending and the other happened in Delhi - it shows that people got more courage to attack women on street - somthing like going back to primitive stages ---- why those guys are set free in assam ?why are they not punsihed yet ? as per law whats the punishment for R*ap*e - death sentence or jail for few years ?

As per one news, there is a case reported every 20 minutes. Please note the word reported. There must be many instances which go un-noticed and not reported. Very sorry state of affairs.
