I believe in simply saying the facts , why should facts be held prisoner to our personality
we fall sort of so many things yet we are required to say the truth
there is no person who is flawless , we are having so many flaws , we do so may mistakes ,yet when it comes to learning we go back to the books , we get to know the fundamentals , we get to know the fate of people who were righteous or who were arrogant haughty unrighteous
when we quote books , does not mean it is hiding flaws but it means EXPOSING THE TRUTH
i do not care of what is real life or what is fake life , I only care what is MODEL LIFE , This is what the book teaches ,a straight path , a road to eternal success
when i benefit from it , why should i just hold it to myself , every one deserves to know the GUIDANCE AND MODEL LIFE -THE MIDDLE PATH -THE BEST PATH

While it is fully true that show off or riya in matters of faith is akin to sin , even show off of knowledge is useless , this is what Islam teaches but to say real life is different from books , it depends what book people follow
real life of book lAl Quran is practiced by it's best model Mohammad pbuh who showed how to live life as per teachings of the book and became the most successful person in religious as well as secular life even accepted by non Muslim historians and statesman
how can you hide your flaws by quoting something ?
actually it is your intentions behind every act that counts in eyes of God
if the intention is to show off knowledge ,then it is counted as useless bad deed
if intention is to call people towards righteousness , then it is good deed
those book that are not practical to mankind got extinct or changed to suit present conditions but real book of life is that shines like diamonds in all situations all times and gets new adherents towards it
b ...more

I dont believe in pretensions. U just have to realize ur role in each life situation and play ur role well. Pretensions dont take u very far. To be true and authentic is much more simpler and effective!
