Read this news. The China Daily newspaper came down heavily on manufacturers in Southern Guandong Province for recycling used condoms for the manufcture of very colourful hair bands which were outselling all other brands because of the cheap price..Definitely these products will be available with the Indian roadside vendors.So this is one of the methods of churning out Chinese products at rockbottom prices..?

I fully agree with ur observations,sir.Chines cheap articles r flooding the Indian market n they r seen in most of the poor household.This needs o be immediately stopped to prevent health hazards.
