Unfortunately there is no provision for any company in india to get a tax shelter, also there arent any rules about scheduling and performance penalties, so the companies can continue their miserable behavior and people suffer.

That would be the best option. i was lucky the other day. i had a ticket to mumbai from chennai. my 7 pm scheduled flight was delayed till 1 am.
but i was glad that it did fly
