Q.
Ratanjit Pratap Narain Singh, minister for state for home affairs, a young face of the government, is trying hard to articulate what young protesters want to hear. In a conversation with rediff.com's Sheela Bhatt he presents the UPA government's defence. Almost all women organisations in the country are against capital punishment for rapists, he said.
Is it true? can we believe him???
