Ratan Tata is retiring today. As a leader who consolidated the Tata group how will his departure impact the group in the near future?

There wud definitely be slight turbulence felt after his departure, till the time Mr Mistry settles down.............but after that things will start rolling again........

He constructed the super structure on a foundation laid by JRD.Since his group will be headed by an equally capable person ,I thing we may see bright days ahead for Tata Companies.
