Our system is so much corrupt this is natural. My nephew was killed in a road accident some years back for no fault. The driver was drunk. He was caught & a police case was registered. I was asked to meet govt public prosecutor in the crimnal court. In my first meeting with the PP, I was told that they are unable to do much as the driver will live in another name. It means drivers are able to get death certificate by giving bribe to the concerned authority..Then in my first appearence before magistrate ,I was told that by the standing PP that the driver has expired. I have shame on Indian judiciary. system.

That all will happen, if we don't kill such animals on the spot. Justice sleeps, law protect and government ignores such criminals. What else can we expect!!!
