Q.
Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia lived separately, but did not complete the divorce proceedings. Does this mean she is still his legal wife and has all her right in his property?

His daughters may certainly get the share...about dimple getting a share, it all depends if he has a legal will made...

Yes, she has the right as per being his wife but it would all depend on what he has mentioned in his will !!

Yes..If they are not divorced it means they are MARRIED...Dimple was his estranged wife..she was living separately but it was not a legal separation but its a mutual one ..and our LAW believes ...if u are liviing separately without legal separation it means u are still in bond of marriage..& yes....she will get full rights on his property.......but it also depends...what his LAST WILL (vasiyat) says...??
